Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. For a return to be accepted, you must have proof of purchase. 

If you would like to start a return, please email djprojectsmerch@hotmail.com. Your email must include your order number, the item you would like to return & your reason why you want to return. Once your return has been approved in principal further instructions will be sent on how & where to return your product. If you return a product without prior approval it will not be accepted.

Defects & Issues

Once your order has been received please inspect for any defects or issues & get in contact ASAP in order to resolve this. 

 None - returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items. Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges

If your order happens to be the incorrect size & you would like to exchange please contact djprojectsmerch@hotmail.com with the order number & the new size you would like. We will then send information on how you can return the product for exchange. You have 30 days from when you receive your order to do this. Please include a slip with your order number & name. Once this is received your new item will be posted out. Depending on the postage address will depend if you will be required to pay an extra postage fee. 

Refunds

An update on your refund will be sent out, once the product has been received and inspected your return. Please note, if your refund is accepted it can take the bank or credit card company time to issue.
